Overview

A Well-known investment firm is looking for an Investment Administrator who will play a vital role working with our Investment Managers to ensure the department functions effectively and efficiently.

What You Will Do

  • The Investment Administrator role is required to assist Investment Manager(s) in providing investment management services and/or investment advice to a range of significant private clients and professional intermediaries.
  • Pre-client meeting preparation including production of new client paperwork, valuations, and performance summaries.
  • Assisting with the client onboarding process which includes pre-populating application forms, transfer forms, and producing suitability reports.
  • Monitoring of new account openings to ensure cases are submitted and handled appropriately whilst keeping the Investment Manager and client informed.
  • Handling telephone inquiries from third parties and clients regarding their portfolios and accounts.

About You

  • You will have experience as an administrator working with either a specialist investment house or financial adviser.
  • You will be professional and an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and ambitious to progress.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • It is essential that you already live within commuting distance of Exeter.
