Internal Sales
We are currently recruiting for Internal Sales Representative on a permanent based in the Leigh area of Manchester .
The customer Support specialist collaborates with and supports the outside sales representative as well as managing the daily in flow of quote requests to the sales mailbox. Ensuring that all quotes are handled proactively and efficiently, with focus on customer satisfaction
Roles and responsibilities
- Ensure all quote requests into the sales mailbox are responded to in a timely manner.
- Following up all quote requests by telephone to ensure the rate levels offered are competitive.
- Identifying and following up missing accounts.
- Account management
- Dealing with stakeholders via telephone and email
- Building relationships and cold calling current clients
- Processing the booking to send over to the operation team.
Skill and experience
- High School or equivalent education.
- Minimum 2 year's experience within the shipping industry is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to Multi-task, Prioritise & Manage time effectively.
- Strong Listening, Written & verbal communication skills (English required)
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Able to work to business targets and support the business as required
- Knowledge of MS office Incl exel, word & PowerPoint
- Able to work to targets/deadlines
