About the Role

The Internal Sales Executive role involves:

  • Looking after all customers assigned to the Internal Sales Team, including before and after point of order
  • Taking forward all orders from the Business Development Team and ensuring the customer is looked after from point of order onwards
  • Ensuring customers are kept up to date on order/delivery updates in a timely manner
  • Answering incoming calls promptly and in a friendly manner
  • Responding to customer emails/enquiries within 2 hours
  • Creating customer cases and following them through
