Description

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Managing current sales processes
  • Managing current accounts
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales data
  • Assisting in the creation of sales reports and presentations
  • Communicating with clients to resolve any queries or issues

Profile

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
  • Strong sales experience
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A customer-oriented approach and the ability to resolve issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of sales software
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
