The Internal Control team plays a key role in strengthening the compliance corporate culture and leverage on any situation to prevent, detect and mitigate compliance, regulatory and reputational risks across the firm.

With a commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical conduct, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-orientated Junior Compliance internal Control officer to join our team.

Responsabilities
As a Junior Compliance Officer, you will support the team in the following tasks:
  • Assist in preventing, detecting and mitigating compliance, regulatory and reputational risks across the firm and help strengthen the firm's compliance culture.
  • Review compliance of Marketing materials to with commercial and marketing guidelines.
  • Participate in all phases of internal control missions:
    - Conducting testing and surveillance of the first line of defense. The testing component involves developing and executing control-based reviews covering front office, middle office and support functions.
    - Drafting final test reports and presenting the results to principal stakeholders.
    - Following-up on corrective measures raised during the testing process to ensure they are properly implemented.
  • Assist the UK Head of Compliance to manage a robust compliance framework for the UK branch.
  • Contribute to senior management reporting and regulatory Authorities ones.
  • Participate in the Internal Control Coordination Committee.
  • Provide suggestions on how to improve and streamline current compliance practices and methodologies.
  • Contribute and collaborate with the other Compliance teams (broadly other key stakeholders as Legal, Risk teams and UK branch employees) to make the Compliance team more efficient in its business-as-usual activities and ensure that the Firm always meets regulatory requirements.


Profile - Master's degree in Finance, Law or Business Administration.
- Requested experience : Minimum of 2/3 years' experience notably in Compliance, Regulatory affairs, Internal control or Internal audit within Asset Management Industry.
- Fluent French & English compulsory

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of main EU and/or UK Regulations Ability to work collaboratively in an team oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
- Respect of confidentiality.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional awareness.
- Oral and written communication skills.
