Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Start Date: ASAP - Happy to work around notice periods
The Commercial division at SF Recruitment, are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business, who have a fantastic reputation in their field. Due to business growth, and success, my client is now seeking an experienced Communications specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' views and values at every opportunity, whilst developing and growing an inclusive, supportive and encouraging company culture.
Additional responsibilities could include:
- Project Management - Social Media Campaigns, Recruitment, Annual Plans, Change Management & Development
- Build trustworthy and effective relationships with internal departments, including senior management, stakeholders and the Human Resources/Recruitment team.
- Ensuring that regular internal communications are effective, and appropriate messaging is received across multiple channels and diverse audiences
- Constantly reviewing employee thoughts/feedback and attitude to work, to look at continuous changes required and making positive strategy changes and development where possible
- Providing support and guidance to stakeholders, and project managers
- Creating engaging reports and PowerPoints to share with the senior management team, to share in senior meetings to implement change
- Ensure that all internal company policies, procedures and brands are followed, and challenging these if required
The successful Internal Communications Specialist will have previous experience working within a senior Communications or Engagement position, and now looking for their next challenge! You will need to have superb communication and presentation skills both verbal and written and put the employee's experience at the heart of everything you do. A commercial and strategic mindset is essential, as is having experience working on change management projects.

- Creating new and engaging content - ensuring that the correct communications channel are used for engagement

- IT Literate
