Robert Walters - Internal Auditor - Permanent - Redditch (hybrid) - £55,000 - £75,000 per annum


Our client, a leading manufacturing business headquartered in Redditch, UK, is looking for an Internal Auditor to join their dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and compliance of their financial and operational processes. You will conduct comprehensive audits across various departments and functions to identify risks, assess controls, and recommend improvements.

Key responsibilities of the Internal Auditor

  • Develop risk-based audit plans in alignment with organisational objectives
  • Execute internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices
  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans

Key essentials of the Internal Auditor

  • ACA or ACCA qualified accountant
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
