Internal Account Manager

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and acting as the main point of contact.
• Interpret customer requirements and provide effective solutions, generating B2B sales orders.
• Work as part of a business-to-business sales team to build new business relationships.
• Prospect for potential new business, contacting leads and lapsed accounts.
• Achieve targets and KPIs while delivering top-notch customer service.
• Enhance technical product knowledge to provide expert advice and support to customers.
• Support external Business Development Managers to broaden the customer base.
• Contribute to monthly sales reports to evaluate area performance and identify growth opportunities.

What You'll Need:

• A proven track record in account management, cross-selling, and up-selling.
• Strong ability to generate new business through outbound calls.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
• Experience in business-to-business customer service.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge or understanding of print processes is desirable (training provided).
