Interim Operations Manager - £550 p/d (Outside IR35) – 3-months – Fully Remote

An interim Operations Manager is required on a 3-month contract by a not-for-profit NGO for the protection of digital rights. The organisation consists of a small team based in London and Europe; with investment coming from well-known philanthropists.

The role is a 3-month contract, paying £550p/d outside IR35 offering fully remote working. The right candidate will have a background in finance and will have experience in Not-for profit NGO’s. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to effect change in a charity working to protect individuals digital rights.

You will:
  • Have a financial background.
  • Experienced working in the NGO space.
  • Ensure legal and financial compliance
  • Manage transition to remote working & co-working space
  • Manage funding contracts
  • Manage HR requirements such as contracts, salaries, recruitment, etc (across 3 jurisdictions)
  • Source and manage vendor contracts
  • Manage board meetings and reports
  • Oversee the operations supervisor
  • Project management
  • Define the scope of future operations roles

You should have experience working as an Operations Manager in a small NGO/Charity; it would be highly advantageous to have experience working across multiple jurisdictions.

Rate: £550 p/d (Outside IR35)
Duration: Initial 3-months
Location: Fully remote
