Interim Financial Controller

This organisation has been established since the 1970's. They have grown the business significantly and operate within Manufacturing/Distribution.

With offices just north of Nottingham, they are looking to recruit a Financial Controller for six months. This is a hybrid role (2 days from the office).

As interim Financial Controller, you will be hands-on in approach and confident joining a business and getting up to speed quickly. You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the CFO while managing and developing a small finance team.

You will analyse, prepare, and present budgeting and forecasting reports, presenting your findings to the board. You can review financial reports and identify ways to reduce company costs while driving the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices. 

You will have a relevant finance background with SME experience (PE backed desirable but not essential). You must also have industry experience in Manufacturing/Distribution, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data.
