Looking for an interim Facilities Manager gig that's all about creating a top-notch experience? Well, you're in luck - I have an opportunity for 2 FM's to work in London, for a real gem of an organisation. As the interim FM, you'll be the go-to person for keeping the site running smoothly. It's all about creating an environment that matches this companies creative ethos and values.

You'll be the ultimate team leader, rallying the Facilities Assistants and other service partners to make sure everything's operating at a 5-star level. Your daily duties will consist of a "bit of everything" - from cleaning to maintenance management, health and safety, and even those cool little projects and makeovers.

So what do you need to be this interim FM? Well previous experience in FM is a no-brainer, some management experience helps, but the right attitude and approach is key. There are lots of people to speak and deal with - so you need those people skills.
