Interim Digital Merchandising Specialist

£275 - £325 a day via umbrella

Our client, a well known technology retailer, are looking to hire a Digital Merchandising Specialist to work within the Digital Merchandising team and manage key tasks relating to their Online Store.

You will be part of a Global Digital Merchandising team who are responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies for the Online store and App, in partnership with key programme leaders. You will own specific merchandising tasks as well as provide administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Support merchandisers with creation & delivery of merchandising plans.
  • eCommerce market analysis of competitor and eCommerce trends for priority markets.
  • Own and maintain team project, promotional and campaign calendars.
  • Manage the Online Store maintenance for site fixes and faults - reporting to the key stakeholders
  • Manage team shared file repositories.
  • Supporting team members with data requests for site performance.
  • Validation of new content prior to publication
  • Propose improvements to processes and tools to drive continued improvement

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a Digital Merchandising role or similar (2 years+ ideally)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • A passion for providing great customer experience
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in working for a well-known global tech brand
