• Take charge of the Electric and Electronic Architecture from development to the thrilling moment of commissioning and testing within the vehicle powertrain.
• Lead customer clinics to gauge performance and win hearts with our technology.
• Conduct robust testing of powertrain control and calibration across diverse environments, ensuring our standards electrify the industry.

• A degree that sparks in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering.
• A charged understanding of electrified powertrain components.
• Hands-on experience with e-drive systems, power inverters, and electric motors.
• A current with automotive architectures and communication protocols.
• A knack for translating customer requirements into electrifying product developments.
• A circuit for product qualification to international automotive standards.
• A current flow of experience in Simulink development.
• The ability to spark ideas in a team and communicate complex concepts with clarity.
• Analytical prowess to dissect problems and conceptualise innovative solutions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to charge up documentation and discussions.
• The confidence to present electrifying ideas to both management and technical wizards.
