We are looking for driven and energetic insurance professionals to develop their insurance sales career working for a leading organisation that offers both personal and career development.

A great opportunity to work within a successful proactive team which is led by a highly passionate manager, your duties will include:  

  • Providing tailored advice to customers for motor, home, and travel insurance quotations.
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to new clients.
  • Processing customer requests with queries and changes to policies
  • Ensuring all customer documentation is sent accurately and completed to an excellent standard.
  • Being proactive in ensuring that the leads passed onto you are followed up efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Working towards targets to ensure the company is delivering the best levels of service to customers.

What you’ll receive:

Salary up to £25,500 plus an attractive quarterly bonus which is uncapped the average OTE £30- £35Kpa. You also receive overtime for any additional hours you work per week.

Hybrid working/working hours

From your first week you can enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working which includes a minimum of 1 day in the office and 4 working from home. There is free onsite parking in their beautiful centrally located Birmingham office.

The teamwork shift patterns between 9am and 6pm and 1 Saturday every 4-6 weeks from 9am -1pm.

Experience required

  • Home, motor, or travel insurance sales experience, or you have insurance product experience and are keen to launch your career to work in sales 
  • You are passionate about insurance and have a strong understanding of the industry
  • You are a confident and articulate communicator with experience of working to KPI's and are driven to work in sales 
  • You have a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help others
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
