Are you passionate about providing tailored insurance solutions to individuals? AIPS Insurance is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Insurance Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing expert advice and assistance to clients
* Evaluate clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention
* Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients
* Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately
* Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients

Requirements:

* Proven experience in personal lines insurance or a related field
* Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
* Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software

This is an office based role working Monday to Friday.
