Job Title: Technical Field/Support Engineers - Telecom Installation

Location: Deeside, North Wales

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: £23000 - £28000 per annum (DOE)

Job Description:

As a Technical Field/Support Engineer specializing in Telecom Installation, you will play a pivotal role in the team, ensuring the seamless deployment and support of telephone systems and other associated communication products. This role requires technical proficiency, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site installation of telephone systems and other communication products.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their communication needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to telecom and communication products.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to ensure comprehensive client support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Field/Support Engineer, with a focus on telecom installation and CCTV with knowledge around Networking.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in telephone systems and associated communication products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with on-site installations and client interactions.
  • Relevant certifications in telecom and related fields are advantageous.
  • UK Driving License and willing to travel around the Northwest
  • Advanced DBS check will be carried out as a majority of clients are Public Sector

Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position ranges from £22,000 to £28,000, depending on your skills and experience. We recognise and reward technical excellence.
