Inside Sales Representative / £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Bonus / Paddington London 

My client, a leading global technology solutions provider, are looking to grow their UK sales division and recruit an Inbound Sales Representative on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven sales ability and have worked within a similar role for an IT services provider.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • First line of contact for any new customer enquiries via telephone, emails or chats
  • Approaching target customers and investigating correct contacts and the opportunity
  • Questioning potential customers on their needs and selling the companies services
  • Passing qualified leads to Business Development Managers
  • Providing quotations to customers

Essential Skillset:
  • At least 1 years’ experience working for an IT service provider or similar
  • Previously worked in a telephone based position
  • Proven success in a Sales/Customer Service environment
  • The successful candidate will have a keen interest or passion in the tech industry
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent at developing and retaining relationships with customer/clients
Package:
  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + quarterly and annual bonuses
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays
