A growing manufacturer of plastic products to a range of industries is currently seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Moulding Technician/Supervisor to strengthen their team.

Your role will be to run the shift, managing the workload and the supervision and allocation of operators. This role will play a key part of the organisation by maintaining and improving production levels and quality.

***£35,000-£40,000, Working Monday to Friday***

As Injection Moulding Technician/Supervisor your duties will include -

  • Setting injection moulding machines, including tool trialling and generation of setting documentation
  • Supervision and training of Operators
  • Carrying out quality control checks including first off/last, patrol inspections and SPC

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Technician/Supervisor the ideal candidate will -

  • Have a significant amount of experience within plastic injection moulding
  • Be capable of setting machines from scratch, optimising processes and trouble shooting
  • Have experience of new product verifications/sampling
  • Have experience of supervising a team of operators
