We are recruiting for an Injection Moulding Technician to work the weekend shift at a medical injection and cleanroom assembly company based in Littlehampton. You’ll be working in the MouldShop as an Injection Mould Setter and ideally have previous experience in a similar industry and have an understanding of Injection Mould tooling.

Job duties for an Injection Mould Setter are as follows:

  • Operating, setting up and maintaining injection moulding machines within a highly graded cleanroom environment
  • Installing mould tooling and set machines to regulated settings
  • Supporting the engineering when installing and validating new equipment and technologies
  • Monitoring product quality

Skills and experience required

  • Relevant industry experience
  • Familiarity with Engel, Fanuc and Boy machine control systems
  • Understanding of injection mould tooling & processing various polymers
  • Great communication skills both written and verbally

This is based in Littlehampton and you’ll be working every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 8pm (hours can be flexible) with a starting salary of £30,000
