Permanent inhouse recruiter - Derby - £40,000 - £50,000

I am delighted to work with a professional services consultancy in Derby to recruit a permanent inhouse recruiter. The ideal candidate will have headhunting experience. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment you will be responsible for the attraction and recruitment of key talent for the business. You will personally manage senior hiring utilising all relevant attraction tools and implement new sourcing methods where possible.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs. Advising stakeholders on interviewing techniques, interview processes and providing market intel, research and market maps. You will become a culture and brand champion for your business, sharing the fast growth, scale up success story and attracting the right talent to support this next phase of growth.

In order to be successful in your application, you have 3-5 years recruitment experience in a headhunting/search setting either inhouse or agency. You have experience working with senior commercial stakeholders to advice on talent pipelines and forecasts. This organisation offer hybrid working 3:2, so you'll need to be within commutable distance of Derby and also be happy to travel regularly to HQ in London.
