As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing security strategies, improving operating environments, and responding to technical incidents and problems.

What you'll be doing:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents at a server configuration layer.
• Provision and resolve issues on cloud-hosted environments.
• Schedule and monitor system maintenance and security activities.
• Design, develop, and support new IT systems.
• Coordinate internal and client-facing product deployments.
• Identify and provide solutions to potential issues.
• Carry out root cause investigations and problem analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Update and maintain documentation and procedures.
• Act as an escalation point from 1st & 2nd line support.
• Evaluate new products and technologies for operational use.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS.
• Proficiency in SQL and Windows Admin.
• General knowledge of networking.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to handle changing priorities.
• Knowledge of Linux would be advantageous.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
