We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our infrastructure team, which is integral to installing and maintaining both On-Premises & Cloud infrastructure hardware, software, and services. This role is pivotal in delivering a modern workplace experience, ensuring technology use is seamless, simple, and integrated for end-users.

• Improve the digital experience for users by managing devices, software, and operating systems deployment.
• Handle configuration and user settings management, ensuring a seamless end-user experience.
• Investigate service problems, recommend and test solutions, and manage software version control.
• Monitor 3rd line tickets in the IT Service Management System, prioritising according to SLA agreements, risk, and time required for resolution.
• Liaise directly with users and key stakeholders to understand and resolve issues.
• Manage 3rd party relationships for deploying and maintaining services.
• Deliver system status reports through mature reporting processes.
• Participate in the roll-out and delivery of IT projects and service requests.
• Assist in all departmental responsibilities as needed and travel across all offices as required.

• Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in a modern workplace environment.
• Experience working in an Enterprise IT environment.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining SCCM/MECM and Intune/Autopilot.
• Familiarity with Group Policy, OS, and Application configuration packaging and deployment.
• Experience in an O365 environment and providing support to users.
• Demonstrated ability to lead deployment projects and work with stakeholders for continuous improvements.
