Income Recovery Officer

We currently have a requirement for an experienced Rent Recovery Officer to join a specialist team based in central London maximising income from customers.

This position is offered on straight perm contract.

Main duties are to to manage rent accounts and other housing related debts, negotiate repayment agreements with tenants and take corrective action where such agreements are not maintained.

The successful applicant will refer residents to welfare benefit and debt support services and make regular and early contact with all residents in arrears.

You will need to have experience of preparing and submitting cases to the County Court for Possession Hearings and attend court hearings as required.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis, 2-days per week in the office and 3-days per week from home.
