This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our team at BigChange, a leading Field Service Management Software Provider. Based in our modern office space in Leeds (Thorpe Park), you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with inbound leads and converting them into qualified sales opportunities.

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for working, qualifying and converting inbound leads generated through various marketing channels, including our website, social media, and events. You will proactively reach out to these leads, understand their needs, and educate them about our product offerings. Through effective discovery conversations, you will identify potential customers, gather information, and determine the best solutions to meet their business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, respond to, and convert inbound leads from all marketing channels including but not limited to: PPC, Direct traffic, Organic Search, Social Media, Events.
  • Proactively engage with prospective BigChange customers through various channels, including telephone, social media, and email to understand their needs and requirements - using MEDDIC framework.
  • Conduct initial contact with leads, understanding their needs and requirements. Perform a thorough discovery process to identify potential opportunities, implicating pain and qualifying leads. Provide detailed discovery notes, to enable the sales team to be fully prepared for the meeting.
  • Highlight relevant clients from our bank of case studies, that we have positively impacted with our Job Management system - building excitement with the prospect.
  • Work to KPIs such as SLAs, call and conversion targets
  • Work all inbound pipelines including historic opportunities, to convert into rebound bookings.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a sales development or inside sales role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and qualify leads
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic
