Job Title - Inbound Call Handler - Switchboard

Contract - Temporary On-going

Hours - Full time

Fully on-site.

Salary - up £24,000 per annum

Driving licence and car essential.

IMMEDIATE START

I am recruiting for a client based on the outskirts of Hull, recruiting for a member of staff to manage their switchboard. You will need to be confident answering inbound calls, gaining as much information from the caller to ensure you divert to the appropriate department.

Essential requirements:

  • - Attention to detail
  • - Professional telephone manner
  • - Confident answering a busy switchboard
  • - Team Player

You will be provided training and given a full understanding of the company to ensure you can be successful in the role.
