Are you a talented, motivated and creative photographer?

We are excited to be working with a leading online health and beauty retailer whose iconic brands have a cult-like following. Due to phenomenal growth and success, the opportunity to recruit n in house Photographer has arisen.

Responsibilities

• You’ll own and be accountable for the end-to-end image capture process for both ecommerce, product and seasonal assets within the in-house studio room.
• Oversee the output of all product photography (stills & model).
• You’ll be an excellent retoucher with experience in retouching beauty images and colour matching images to actual product shades.
• You’ll develop and maintain efficient workflow processes.
• You’ll be responsible for all equipment management and maintenance, keeping ahead with new technology to support content innovation and future studio plans.
• Collaborate with wider business stakeholders on briefs and image specifications across their two flagship brands ensuring top of class imagery is delivered.
• Working with the Head of Creative and production team to ensure weekly deadlines are met.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies to maintain a high level of technical proficiency and fuel us with new ideas to progress our imagery.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience within the beauty sector
• An outstanding portfolio that showcases your unique vision and style
• Strong understanding of both flash photography and LED & studio lighting
• Strong editing and retouching experience from within the Beauty sector and extensive understanding of colour matching
• Strong knowledge of Capture and Adobe Office packages
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• A protector of the brand. A mentality to care for the product and your team.
