We have a rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading global suppliers of automated parts as an Import Export Coordinator. The role will include a mixture of liaising with freight agents, customs brokers and carriers to ensure everything is where it should be.


Salary – £27,040 Per Annum

Location – Stafford / Hybrid - 2 days at home 3 days in office (after probation) 

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 8-4:30 Mon-Thu, 8-3 Friday

The Role 


This role will see you managing import and export processes across sea, air, road, and courier, focusing on documentation preparation, liaising with freight agents, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance.


You will oversee daily operations, ensure shipments are dispatched on time, and documents are accurate. Additionally, you will maintain compliance with current customs regulations, collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations, and negotiate with carriers. Managing customs queries, duty payments, and obtaining export proofs for audits will also be part of your responsibilities.


Ideal candidates will have knowledge of European freight, trade compliance, and customs formalities.
