Our client is a well established Independent Financial Services Practice, who are now seeking an ambitious and pro-active Financial Services Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.

This role will work directly for a firm of Financial Planners who advise clients on all aspects of pensions, Investment and protection products. Providing direct administration support the role will be varied, fast paced and demanding so we are looking for someone that is organised and not afraid to get stuck in!

Duties include:

  • Processing new business applications
  • Creating Client Valuations & Illustrations
  • Chasing Letters of Authority
  • Liaising with Product Providers & third parties
  • Preparing pre-meeting documentation for the Adviser

Candidates applying will need to have previous experience working for a firm of Financial Planners, a Pensions Consultancy or a Provider background. You will understand how the financial services industry works and be keen to develop your skills and progress a career within Financial Planning.

Excellent communication skills are required. You will be smartly presented, offer first class communication skills, and have the ability to liaise with HNW Individuals.
