Our client is a very successful boutique IFA firm based in Woking, Surrey. Due to expansion, the company is looking to hire an experienced IFA Administrator to join the firm's busy Administration Team. Reporting to the Head of Administration, the IFA Administrator's key job duties will include:

  • Dealing with pension, investments, protection and mortgage products
  • Processing new business applications, fund switches, withdrawals and pension benefit crystallisation events
  • Keeping back-office system up to date
  • Preparing annual review meeting packs for adviser meetings with clients
  • Processing remuneration statements
  • Liaising with clients and product providers
  • Back office systems/platforms used on a daily basis include: Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, AJ Bell, Standard Life, abdn, Fidelity

The IFA Administrator position pays a competitive salary of up to £38,000 along with a company pension, study support, BUPA and 23 days' annual leave.

Candidates interested in the IFA Administrator vacancy will have the following criteria:

  • IFA Administration experience (at least 12 months, preferably in a small-to-medium sized firm)
  • Intelligent Office experience essential
  • Experience of FE Analytics plus AJ Bell, abdn and Fidelity platforms preferred
  • Live a commutable distance from Woking
