HRIS Manager
KM4HR are seeking to recruit and experienced HRIS Manager for their Herts based client, in this newly created role.
Reporting in the senior HR team, we require a Payroll specialist with advanced knowledge of iTrent to lead on key projects while building operational workflows and processes.
Daily you will actively be involved in the following areas;
- Maintaining, reviewing and improving workflow processes
- Managing upgrades and thoroughly reviewing functionality
- Improvement suggestion for the business
- Streamlining processes and creating manuals for all
- Budget management and review
- Managing several software integrations for all relevant & required stakeholders
- Operationally maintain information held for all staff
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of payroll when required
- Handling internal queries relating to systems and payroll specifically
- Adhoc HR administration support
