A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR & Talent Resourcing Manager to join a prestigious, international service provider. This pivotal role entails overseeing the end-to-end recruitment function for the business, aiding in the continued growth of the company.

Based in Brixton, this is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, and is offering a salary up to £42,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Working closely with various departments and hiring managers to obtain a detailed understanding of a job requirement, in order to advertise and attract the best talent to the business, as well as attending recruitment events and fairs.
  • Screening candidates and ensuring an effective and compliant candidate management process, tracking and reporting updates to internal HR contacts.
  • Ensuring recruitment budgets, PSL, and HR records are managed and recorded accurately and efficiently.
  • Advising teams on HR policies and procedures and legal framework around the recruitment function.

You will have/be

  • Ideally Level 3 CIPD qualified, with proven experience in a talent acquisition role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, as well as self-motivated and confident making decisions alone.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, and able to work accurately, ensuring compliance within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, HR, and Payroll systems and software.
