Our client is looking for an experienced HR Systems Consultant to join their team. You will provide HRIS support, including systems implementation, report writing, data integrity audits, training and user support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding. Knowledge of a European language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities HR Systems Consultant (Maternity Cover):

  • Contribute to different HRIS implementation projects
  • Identify training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs
  • Create training documentation and Knowledge Base
  • Perform system testing/user acceptance testing of HR system development and enhancements prior to production implementation and during semi-annual releases
  • Ensure the integrity of the SuccessFactors EC and Onboarding (Reach) data.
  • Conduct recurrent data audits and work with the Global HRIS team to correct data as needed
  • Troubleshoot basic system and technical issues with Reach, and work with the global HRIS team and SAP support to resolve, when assistance is needed
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly reports from Reach as required by management
  • Generate ad hoc reports: extracts data, create formulas, combine/transform data as needed
  • Create and maintain Reach reporting templates and load data into Reach from excel spreadsheets
  • Recommend system enhancements and process improvements
  • Backup support for other HRIS Managers
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Key Requirements of the HR Systems Consultant:

  • 3+ years HR systems experience
  • Experience in facilitation and / or project stakeholder
  • Prior HRIS system implementation and data conversion experience a plus
  • Prior experience in project management / Project coordination
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and payroll data requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables), Word and PowerPoint
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team bringing a sense of urgency to the tasks at hand
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of a European language is a plus
