Job Title: HR Systems Analyst 
Salary: £40-43,000 per annum 
Location: Lancashire / hybrid 
  
JGA are partnered with a well-known brand seeking an HR Systems Analyst on a permanent basis.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of systems and business models 
  • Optimising use of current systems (SuccessFactors, Resourcelink)
  • Supporting people systems access/permissions 
  • GDPR compliance 
  • POC for all HRIS related queries 
  • Project work as and when required 
  • Increasing user adoption 

Skills required:
  • System Projects, implementation and automation experience 
  • Strong data and excel analysis skills 
  • Experience implementing streamlined processes 
  • Senior stakeholder management skills 
  • SAP SuccessFactors, Resourcelink and/or Kronos experience ideal but not essential.
