HR Operations Manager Shared Services

We are recruiting for a large employer in the West Midland area for a HR Ops Manager Shared Services to join them on a permanent basis.

Salary is £60,000 basic + £650 a month travel allowance.

Hybrid working - 3 days on site, 2 days WFH

  • Oversee all HR operations activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes are in place.
  • Will ensure a smooth operational process for Human Resources
  • Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the maintenance and utilisation of the HRIS system.
  • Hands operational HR leadership
  • Support management on Employee Relations matters and case management.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, conducting investigations as necessary.

Person specification

Essential experience

  • Notable HR Operations Management Shared Services experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR process improvement and lead change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience with Employee Relations.
  • The ability to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK .
