 HR Officer

Reed HR is working with an organisation in Kent who are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer.

As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our staff and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process for academic and non-academic staff.
  • Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management processes and provide guidance and support to managers.
  • Assist with HR-related training and development initiatives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience within a HR role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
