We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Leeds. As the HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Around 400 Employees
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Profile

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR administrative or officer role preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable but not essential.
