Client Details
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Leeds. As the HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Around 400 Employees
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Profile
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a HR administrative or officer role preferred.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable but not essential.
