HR Officer

Macildowie HR are lucky enough to be working on a varied HR Officer role based in Melton Mowbray.

You will work on site supporting a fast paced HR team with insight to all things HR.

This has all the usual bits -

• Monitoring the HR log to ensure smooth running of the HR function
• Minute taking in HR meetings
• HR Administration
• Payroll responsibilities

However - there's more…

This role has great opportunity to be involved in employee relations case work and investigations whilst shadowing senior team members.
