HR Manager - Private Sector - Enfield - c£45,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing maintenance and repairs organisation working in the Social Housing and Public Sectors.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function and for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies and procedures
  • Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
  • Developing and maintaining effective employee retention strategies
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations issues
  • Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
  • Overseeing payroll administration


You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of working in a fast paced growing organisation. Experience of working closely with senior leaders needs to be combined with a strong knowledge of HR best practice, experience of developing HR policies and improving employee engagement.
