Job Title: HR Manager

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

• Play crucial role in designing and executing company culture
• Worth with Chief People Officer on general HR operations from onboarding, employee relations and end to end employee lifecycle processes
• Drive talent acquisition globally - managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Proactively led and support on system optimisation projects
• Work with local HR consultants to support global People operations

What is the company looking for?

• 3+ years HR advisory or management experience within a hospitality or multi-site environment
• Good knowledge of Employment Law and experience supporting with ER cases
• Strong knowledge of HR systems
• A proactive and pragmatic individual who is also a strong collaborator will thrive!
• A real 'muck in' attitude essential
