Salary: £60,000-£80,000pa
Job Description:
Reed HR are seeking an experienced HR Director to join one of our client's fantastic organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function and providing strategic direction to the business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Provide strategic direction to the business on all HR matters
- Lead the HR function and manage a team of HR professionals
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Oversee recruitment and retention activities
- Develop and implement training and development programs
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR matters
Qualifications and Experience:
- CIPD Level 7
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
