HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to join a successful Manufacturing business.

3 days per week on site, Stoke.

Up to £55k + Bonus + Benefits

Reporting into the MD as an experienced HR Business Partner you will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to further develop the people strategy. Key to the role will be working closely with the Managers who are keen to develop their Management capability from both a Leadership and capability perspective. Engagement and proactively creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is also a key element of the role. You will also manage the HR Administrator.

As an experienced HR Business Partner you will have worked across all elements of the HR generalist remit with specific capability around coaching and developing leaders across a range of soft and HR skills. You will have worked in operational environments.
