Macildowie are delighted to announce a prestigious opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join a leading Multi-Academy Trust within the East Midlands on a permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity for an accomplished HR professional to make a significant impact in a progressive educational environment.

In this post, you will take a leading role in the delivery of a high-quality HR business partner service, working in partnership with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives throughout the trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of HR and leadership team to implement effective HR strategies to ensure the trust achieves organisational goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert HR advice, manage casework, and ensure adherence to employment law and best practices to support effective decision-making across the Trust.
  • Offer guidance and support to school leaders in developing and implementing HR strategies to enhance team performance and drive organisational improvement.
  • Provide high quality advice, guidance and practical support on all people management and employment law issues.
  • Lead and support HR projects across the Trust, contributing to policy and procedure development and implementation.
  • Cultivate effective working relationships with school leaders, business teams, and external partners to facilitate collaboration and promote a culture of success.

The ideal candidate for this post will have significant HR advisory experience, adept at managing complex cases and providing comprehensive advice, with expertise in change management and policy development. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is required for this role as well as prior education and trade union experience.
