Our client is a global leader in the manufacture and assembly of component parts and products across a variety of industries, blending a global manufacturing capability with strong distribution and logistic support, to create a winning combination.

Central to our client’s success is their investment in staff, with attraction, training and development all at the heart of their staffing vision, so too the need to continually attract the very best people, our client currently looking to recruit a HRBP Projects to join their already talented team.

The Role

Working closely with the HRD, this role will support and in some cases lead, projects spanning all areas of the business, whilst also overseeing the existing HR project portfolio and some BAU HR duties. Highly organised with a strong track record of working across functional teams, this role requires great understanding of all things HR as well as delivering projects, and where a generalist background would be advantageous. This is hybrid role but requiring you to be in the office on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

ü Support and deliver clear strategic initiatives alongside the HRD and wider HR team on an International basis.

ü Collaborate and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including all business units and on occasions international colleagues.

ü Oversee the management of a project portfolio, including project governance.

ü Specific projects: effectively manage a smooth handover of each project where applicable to enable effective transition and implementation.

ü Work closely with the wider HR team to gather, present and interpret all necessary data to support project work and any associated activities and duties.

Skills and Experience

ü 2-5 years’ in a similar HRBP role, ideally within a manufacturing environment and where International experience is essential

ü Project Management skills essential

ü Proven ability to quickly create credibility with key stakeholders, internal and external.

ü Able to analyse complex situations quickly and with clarity, and thereafter influence where appropriate.

ü Be a self-starter with energy and passion for what you do.

ü Commercial awareness, financial acumen coupled with a desire to get things done.

ü Degree educated, CIPD both desirable.
