Heron Foods is seeking a proactive individual to join our team as an HR Apprentice at our Store Support Centre located in Melton. This role is crucial for supporting the HR department in its daily operations and people initiatives.

The Role:

As an HR Apprentice, you will be integral to the Human Resources team, assisting with administrative support and participating in HR projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files and databases, managing sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
• Supporting the HR team in managing employee relations matters, including attending meetings and taking notes.
• Training and Development.

Location:

The position is based at our Store Support Centre in Melton, approximately 10 miles from Hull City Centre.
