Job Description:
Role Overview: As an HR Analyst at, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. You will work closely with HR leadership to enhance the effectiveness of our HR initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key HR metrics such as employee turnover, retention, engagement, and performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Continuous improvement of HR cost controlling processes
- Adhoc advice on HR cost controlling
- Support ongoing implementation of HR tools
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and experience with HR data management and reporting.
