Salary: Competitive day rate + bonus scheme

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Overview of a HR Advisor
Join a global leading brand based in Chertsey to sit in the HR Business Partnering team, reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner who has overall responsibility. You will work alongside two other HR Advisors and a HR Coordinator.
Responsibilities of a HR Advisor
- Report to Senior HR Business Partner in HR Business Partnering team.
- Assist in managing employee lifecycle processes in collaboration with People Team Centres of Excellence.
- Handle Employee Relations Case Management, including absence management and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and policy adherence.
- Provide guidance on People Policies to Business Areas, recommending adaptations to align with changing legislation and landscape.
- Support HRBPs with business change programs, draft settlement agreements, and contribute to wider People Team projects, collaborating closely with COEs.
Key competencies of a HR Advisor
- Passionate about being an Advisor and values the role's contribution.
- Proven HR Advisor experience with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Demonstrates drive, resilience, and flexibility with changing priorities.
- Warm, personable, and confident in face-to-face interactions.
- Excellent team advocate, willing to engage in various projects and occasional travel, with a focus on exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.
