HR Advisor

Frazer Jones are working with a leading, international, matrix structured Professional Services firm to recruit a HR Advisor based in the North West (Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Crewe or Stoke).

You will act as a true generalist, supported by specialist functions allowing you to partner closely with stakeholders in this business area.This is an amazing opportunity for an HR Advisor to feel like they add real value in an inclusive and collaborative working environment.

Role duties:

• Coach and advise line managers and employees on policies and processes
• Lead on employee relations casework
• Identifying training needs and connecting with relavant colleagues
• Contribute on HR Projects
• Supporting annual salary and bonus review cycles
• Partner with your client groups on their business plans and agendas
