HR Advisor
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for supporting and coaching managers with a range of ER cases, end to end recruitment, implementing and developing HR policies and procedures and absence and performance management.

Description
- Provide HR advice and support to staff and managers within the institution.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing.
- Support with staff training and development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Participate in HR projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment law and regulations.
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have:
- CIPD Level 3
- Understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software systems.
- Capability to work effectively as part of a team.
Job Offer
Full time & permanent role + Paying up to £32,000 + 25 days a/l plus bank holidays + 12% employer contribution + training and development + other excellent benefits
