My client is seeking a trusted and highly experienced HR advisor to join their global People team, where you can expect to utilise and develop your skills across every aspect of human resources and talent management. You will be supporting the Business Services function, be one of the more experienced HR Advisors and be part of a dynamic HR team.

This is a global firm who are proud of their high performance work ethic, as well as the key role they play in fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • CIPD qualification (full or part) advantageous
  • Professional services experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience of managing their own ER case load
  • Highly client focused
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels with a strong client focus
  • Ability to question constructively existing procedures and consider alternatives
  • Team player, contributing to the success of the HR team
